On September 6, within the framework of the competition “Türkmeniň Altyn asyry”, announced by the President of Turkmenistan among workers of literature, culture and art, amateur young singers, as well as talented children, the final round of the competition “Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri” (“Pearls of Independence”) took place.

The competition is held annually at the national level with the aim of identifying young talents in the field of music and vocals.

Following the results of the competition, the winners were announced by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan:

• 8th grade student of specialized secondary school No. 140 with in-depth study of foreign languages, exact and natural sciences in the city of Ashgabat Gayitnazarov Perhat Azadovich;
• 8th grade student of specialized secondary school No. 3 with in-depth study of English in the city of Arkadag Charyev Muhammetemir Amanmyradovich;
• 4th grade student of specialized secondary school No. 16 with in-depth study of natural sciences of the Kaakhka etrap of the Ahal velayat Tachmuhamedova Aymelek Tachmuhamedovna;
• 7th grade student of secondary school No. 9 of the city of Turkmenbashy of the Balkan velayat Aganiyazova Arzuv Orazovna;
• 8th grade student of secondary school No. 76 of Boldumsaz etrap of Dashoguz velayat Arazklychov Dademyrat Sapaevich;
• 8th grade student of specialized secondary school No. 42 with in-depth study of foreign languages of Charjev etrap of Lebap velayat Raikhanov Dayanch Rashidovich;
• 7th grade student of secondary school No. 12 of Vekilbazar etrap of Mary velayat Garyagdyev Jemshit Begenjovich.

According to the Resolution, the winners were awarded laptops, tablets and corresponding diplomas on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The participants of the competition adopted a letter of gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in which they expressed sincere gratitude for the tireless care for the young generation, the creation of all conditions for a happy life, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
