"Turkmenistan" Airlines has increased the frequency of flights to Turkmenbashy International Airport to 6 flights per day, the carrier’s website reports.
From August 11, additional flights on the Ashgabat-Turkmenbashy-Ashgabat route were introduced to meet the growing demand from citizens wishing to relax in the health and tourist centers of the "Avaza" resort area, the report notes.
At the same time, direct flights have been established between Balkanabat airport and all regions of Turkmenistan. New routes connect Balkanabat with Ashgabat, Turkmenabad, Dashoguz, Mary and Kerki, which will provide convenient access to the sanatoriums of the city of Balkanabat in the Balkan region, the airline specified.
