1. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed an order allowing the state concerns “Turkmengaz” and “Turkmennebit” to conclude contracts with Petronas (Malaysia) and ADNOC (UAE). The document is aimed at successfully fulfilling the tasks set for the country's oil and gas industry.
2. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with the head of the Malaysian oil and gas company Petronas Tan Sri Tengku Muhammad Taufik. The parties discussed further prospects for cooperation. It was noted that Turkmenistan attaches great importance to strengthening bilateral relations with Malaysia in the economic, trade, energy, transport, cultural and educational spheres.
3. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received a delegation from the United Arab Emirates, which included Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, CEO of ADNOC Soltan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Suhail Al Mazrouei and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the UAE Ahmed Al Sayegh. Particular attention during the talks was paid to partnership in the fuel and energy sector. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the strategic importance of bilateral cooperation in this area and confirmed Turkmenistan's readiness to intensify cooperation with ADNOC.

4. National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with a high-ranking delegation of the United Arab Emirates. Representatives of the UAE expressed gratitude for organizing the meeting, emphasizing the high importance that the Emirates attaches to the development of relations with Turkmenistan. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov conveyed his best wishes to the UAE leadership and sent an invitation to visit Turkmenistan at a time convenient for them.
5. National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with the management of the Malaysian oil and gas company Petronas, during which the parties discussed the prospects for expanding long-term cooperation.
6. During the meeting, special attention was paid to the construction of a second plant for the production of gasoline from natural gas. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov declared his readiness to consider specific proposals from the Malaysian company for the implementation of joint projects.
7. The importance of cooperation in the educational sphere was also noted. More than 200 Turkmen students have studied at the Petronas Technological University. The Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty proposed to intensify work on organizing short- and long-term training courses for Turkmen specialists.
8. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution approving the composition of the Turkmen part of the Joint Turkmen-Iranian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation. The document is aimed at consistently strengthening and developing partnership relations between Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
9. Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to Turkmen leader Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. In his address, the Armenian leader expressed confidence that the friendly relations between the peoples of the two countries will serve as a reliable basis for further strengthening bilateral cooperation.
10. Congratulations on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Victory to the President of Turkmenistan were also sent by the Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov and the Secretary General of the Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly Dmitry Kobitsky.

1. A powerful explosion rocked a chemical plant near Seville, sending a massive cloud of thick black smoke into the atmosphere. Local residents were advised to remain indoors. 1. Football players of “Arkadag” won against Balkanabat “Nebitchi” in the match of the 14th round of the Turkmenistan Championship. The game took place in Arkadag and ended with a score of 3:0. “Arkadag”, which is second in the Turkmenistan Premier League, scored 21 points in 7 matches.
