Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Atdayev reported on preparations for the exhibition of economic achievements dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers. The opening of the exhibition is scheduled for September 19 near the capital's “Garagum” hotel, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
The exhibition will present the transformations carried out under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, as well as the country's achievements over the years of independence. The forum will feature presentations of new products of state and private enterprises, investment projects and promising programs for the development of various sectors of the economy.
In addition, visitors will be able to take part in master classes on folk crafts such as carpet weaving, dutar making and pottery.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed the importance of preparing the exhibition at a high level, noting that it should demonstrate the comprehensive transformations and successes of Turkmenistan.
