The Football Federation of Turkmenistan announced the opening of the winter transfer window in January 2024. This is stated in the official message on the organization’s website.

As part of the transfer window, the country's football clubs can add new players to participate in the matches of the Major League and the Turkmenistan Cup. The application procedure will last until February 28 inclusive.
