The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, in accordance with which the structure of the central apparatus of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan was approved.

In accordance with the document, the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, together with the Ministry of Adalat (Ministry of Justice), must, within a month, prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers proposals for introducing changes and additions to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution.

The document was signed “in order to increase the country’s export potential, develop market relations, as well as improve the activities of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan”, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
