On June 15 and 16, Ashgabat hosted a training for young journalists on mobile journalism, media literacy and storytelling, reported the Delegation of the European Union to Turkmenistan on its social network page.
The training was organized within the framework of the EU-funded REVIVE project. Marat Sadykov and Daria Osmanova took part in the event as invited experts.
Within the framework of the training, theoretical and practical classes, case studies, game training practices and interactive activities were held. The participants of the event got acquainted with the concepts of fact-checking and critical thinking, the formats of modern journalism and storytelling, as well as gained knowledge in the field of public speaking and self-presentation.
