On February 24, “Sochi” footballers led by Turkmen specialist Kurban Berdyev held two final control meetings at the training camp in Türkiye, reports Sports.ru.
The “Sochi” team beat “Khimki” near Moscow with a score of 2:0, and defeated the Kaliningrad “Baltika” with a score of 1:0.
It is worth noting that at the Turkish training camp on February 21, “Sochi” also beat “Akron” Togliatti with a score of 3:1, and on February 18, “Fakel” Voronezh with a score of 4:2.
The appointment of Kurban Berdyev as the head coach of the Bars became known at the end of November last year.
For the winter break in the Russian Premier League (RPL), “Sochi” left in ninth place in the standings, gaining 25 points in 17 matches.
