The youth football team of Turkmenistan in September will conduct friendly matches with the Emirati teams “Gulf United” and “Fursan Hispania”. This is reported at the website of the FFT.

Both meetings will be held within the framework of the training camp, which is held in Dubai form September 2 to 7.

In the first match on September 5, the wards of Said Seyidov will play in Sharja with the FT “Gulf United”. The second meeting will be on September 7 in Dubai with the FT “Fursan Hispania”.

We remind that the training camp in the UAE is aimed at preparing the team for the qualifying tournament for the Asian Cup (U-20), which will be held from September 10 to 18 in Amman (Jordan). In the qualifying tournament of the Asian Cup-2023, the youth national team of Turkmenistan (U-20) will perform in group “D”. The rivals of the Turkmen “youth team” will be the national teams of Jordan (the host), Taiwan, Syria and the Northern Mariana Islands.

To the final part of the Asian Youth Cup-2023, which will be held from March 1 to 18 of the next year in Uzbekistan will make the winners of 10 qualifying groups and 5 best teams that took second places.

The 2023 Asian Cup will play the role of a qualifying tournament for the 2023 FIFA U-23 World Cup in Indonesia, which will qualify the top four teams from Asia.
