The regions of Turkmenistan with the largest number of ATMs are named

The Central Bank of Turkmenistan has published statistics on the number of ATMs in Ashgabat and the country's velayats.

There are 2 thousand 152 such devices operating throughout the country as of August 1, 2022.

The most developed network of ATMs is in Ashgabat, where experts counted 453 ATMs, Mary is in second place with 447 units, Lebap closes the top three (444). Next on the list are Dashoguz (283), Balkan (279) and Ahal (246).

In general, the growth dynamics of ATMs in Turkmenistan since January 2016, when there were 924 units, increased by 130%.

Let us note that the leader in the number of ATMs in the country is SCBT “Dayhanbank” (1027 devices), followed by the banks “Turkmenistan” (437) and “Turkmenbashi” (357).
