All restrictions, imposed earlier due to the coronavirus pandemic are being lifted for tourists in Uzbekistan, reports the press service of the Uzbek diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan.
From June 10 all restrictions on entry into Uzbekistan for tourist purposes by air, through border railway stations and border checkpoints will be lifted.
Also, requiring foreign tourists to provide a negative coronavirus PCR test, a rapid coronavirus antigen test, and a vaccination certificate or passport are being lifted.
It is noted that the corresponding decision was made based on the dynamics of the spread of coronavirus in Uzbekistan, and epidemiological situation in the republic, recommendations of the WHO and Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.
