Students from Turkmenistan took part online in the XVI Caspian Interregional Olympiad of Schoolchildren.
As reported by asu.edu.ru, the qualifying stage of the Olympiad was held at Astrakhan State University in 15 subjects of study. In general, about 5,000 children took part in it: from different regions of Russia and the Caspian countries - Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
This year, subjects such as mathematics, the Russian and English languages, social studies were particularly popular, the source notes.
In mid-February, the results of the qualifying round will already be known. Those who successfully complete the tasks will be invited to the main (final) stage of the Olympiad.
