The construction of the Tejen-Mary and Mary-Turkmenabat sections of the Ashgabat-Turkmenabat high-speed highway continues, the Türkmen gündogary newspaper reports.

Construction work is carried out by IE Ata Melhem. To date, earthworks have been completed on a 112-kilometer section. After laying the first, gravel layer, three layers of asphalt, 5, 7 and 10 centimeters each, will be laid on top.

The road section will be put into operation at the end of 2023.
