Turkmenistan has adopted the Law “On Accession to the Customs Convention on Containers”.

The Customs Convention on Containers was adopted on December 2, 1972 in Geneva and aims to streamline the delivery of goods using containers in the multimodal transport system. Its provisions provide, inter alia, the simplification of procedures when containers cross customs borders.

The law of Turkmenistan “On joining the Customs Convention on Containers” was published in today's newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan”.
