The Russian office of Turkmenistan Airlines informs that in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic and for the safety of passengers, the cancellation of all international flights of the airline until February 28, 2021 inclusive is being extended.
Tickets are valid until December 31, 2021. Passengers of canceled flights can exchange their ticket for any flight before the specified date. To do this, you need to wait for the resumption of flights and contact the place of purchase of the ticket to exchange it. If the trip does not take place, then the passenger can apply for a refund at the same time, the information underlines.
