President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov approved the structure of Organizational committee on holding at a high level of anniversary celebrations and events on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, by signing today on the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers corresponding Decree, states informing program “Vatan” of the Turkmen television.

It is prescribed by the document:

To the Ministry of Culture together with corresponding Ministries and sectoral departments, hyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat city to prepare the draft of the Plan of celebrations and events on the occasion of the glorious 30th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan and submit it to the Cabinet of Ministers;

To the corresponding Ministries and sectoral departments, hyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat city to prepare to ensure conduction of anniversary celebrations and events on the highest organizational level.

Commenting the signed Decree, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov underlined the historical meaning of upcoming significant date – 30th anniversary of gained state independence of Turkmenistan, which has achieved tremendous success in all spheres of life during the period of sovereign development.

The Head of state gave to the Vice President Mahrijemal Mammedova and hyakims specific directions on conduction of all planned activities at a high level.

“They should clearly reflect the original traditions and customs of the Turkmen people, their creative energy”, Berdimuhamedov stressed.
