The popular information TV channel Russia-24 aired the second issue of a documentary by VGTRK special correspondent Anna Afanasieva called "COVID-19. Case history". A significant part of the airtime was devoted to the epidemiological situation in Turkmenistan.
"While the whole world continues to fight COVID-19, Turkmenistan remains an oasis in the virus desert. Officially, this is the only state in the post-Soviet area that the infection has bypassed," says Anna in her report.
