Through the joint efforts of Turkmen and Russian educators and scholars, teaching materials were developed and published for educational institutions in Turkmenistan.

This activity was carried out within the framework of a cooperation agreement concluded in October 2024 between the National Institute of Education of Turkmenistan and the Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University, reports "Turkmenistan: Golden Age."

New publications include the scholarly monograph "A Systems Approach to Developing Educator Competence in a Digital Educational Environment" and the teaching manuals "Effective Methods for Organizing the Educational Process in the Context of the Digitalization of Education." "Modern Trends and Innovative Practices in Teaching," "Inclusive Aspects of Vocational Education," as well as workbooks for the subject "Fundamentals of Life Activity" for grades 1–4.

New teaching materials were presented to educators in Turkmenistan as part of professional development workshops held from October 21 to 27 at the Aman Kekilov Pedagogical School.
