A gala event was held in Ashgabat to mark the 15th anniversary of the first issue of “Nebit-gaz”, the newspaper of Turkmenistan's oil and gas industry. This was reported on the newspaper's website.

The editor-in-chief of the “Nebit-gaz” newspaper, journalists, representatives of the state concerns “Türkmengaz”, “Türkmennebit” and the Council of the Trade Union of Oil and Gas Workers of Turkmenistan addressed the audience.

The ceremony also recognized the contributions of journalists who have worked for the editorial office since its inception, as well as our own correspondents in the velayats and photojournalists.

The speakers paid special attention to the development of the publication, improving its logistical support, and creating favorable conditions for employees.

Warm words were expressed to former newspaper correspondents Svetlana Gorzhiy, Hojaberdi Bayramov, and Mammetgylych Kutiev, who left a lasting mark on the publication's history with their tireless creative work.
