Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory message to Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on the occasion of the country's national holiday, Independence Day, TDH reports.

In his message, the head of the Turkmen state wished the Brazilian leader good health and happiness, and the people of Brazil peace, progress, and prosperity.

The Federative Republic of Brazil celebrates Independence Day on September 7.
