On August 15, during a meeting with Mahmoud Heidari, President of the Equestrian Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Turkmenistan’s Ambassador I. Gayipov presented an invitation to participate in international events dedicated to Ahal-Teke horses, scheduled to take place in the Kingdom of the Netherlands from September 4 to 6. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The parties also exchanged views on issues of bilateral cooperation. After expressing gratitude for the invitation, M. Heidari proposed exploring opportunities for establishing cooperation between the Aba Annayev International Equestrian Academy and relevant institutions in the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as organizing joint equestrian competitions in Turkmenistan and Iran.
