Grandmasters and world junior champions Darmen Sadvakasov, First Vice-President of the Kazakhstan Chess Federation and Vice-President of the Asian Chess Federation, and Ilaha Kadymova, Secretary General of the Turkic Chess Association (TASH) and the Azerbaijan Chess Federation, will attend the chess program at the International Exhibition and Fair "KIDS EXPO: Everything for Children" in Ashgabat.

The guests will hold master classes for the country's strongest chess players. Ilaha Kadymova will conduct classes for the Turkmenistan women's national team, and master classes for the national junior team are also planned.

The highlight of the exhibition's chess program will be the Kids Expo Chess Cup 2026 international rapid and blitz tournament, which will take place on August 19-20. Guests will also enjoy festival activities for visitors of all ages and a business program.

The organizers and partners of the chess tournament and festival are the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, the Chess Federation of Turkmenistan, the International School Chess Federation (ISCF), the Turkic Chess Association (TASH), the Freedom Asian Chess Initiatives (FACI) program of the Kazakhstan Chess Federation, the Freedom group of companies, and TurkmenExpo.
