The Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan presented the July issue of the electronic magazine "Arkadagly Ýaşlar" ("Youth with Arkadag") to its readers. This publication, which opens with words from Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov about the importance of knowledge and the creative work of youth, brings together materials on the topics of statehood, science and education, career choice, national heritage, creativity, and a healthy lifestyle.
The issue opens with an article titled "The Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan: The Good of the State is the Good of Our People," which explores the role of this body in strengthening national unity and preparing for the national forum on September 23. The Russian-language article explores the eco-design of the city of Arkadag, while the article "Independence—A Bright Path to Development" describes the achievements of independent Turkmenistan over the past 35 years.
The issue also presents the experience of international cooperation of Turkmen students who studied in Italy, the UAE, Uzbekistan, Germany, and the Republic of Korea, and material on the “Awaza” tourist zone. The English-language article "Digital Vector of Development" is devoted to the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies, the State Program for the Development of the Digital Economy for 2026–2028, the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence, and the Digital Solution 2026 competition.
The "Youth in the World of Science" page features research by Meylis Oratjanov on natural antioxidants from local grape varieties, Altyn Jumagylyjova on the history of Turkmen folk medicine, and Tachmyrat Durdyev on a new medicinal product from the alapakyr plant. A separate article is devoted to the working conditions of young people from the perspective of national legislation and international standards.
The literary section includes Chingiz Aitmatov's "Answer to Myself," Guncha Divangulyeva's essay on the national writer Hudaiberdi Divangulyev, an interview with the poet Akmyrat Hojanyyazov, as well as poems and stories by Turkmen authors. The issue features popular science articles on the influence of color on humans, chess, culinary articles, and medical advice on disease prevention.
