The European Union Ambassador to Turkmenistan, Beata Peksa, and Turkmenistan's Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, Nazar Agahanov, discussed the development of bilateral cooperation, according to the press service of the EU Embassy in Ashgabat.

The parties noted the positive dynamics and mutually beneficial nature of cooperation between the EU and Turkmenistan, particularly in the areas of trade, economic development, and business relations. Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their interest in further strengthening their partnership and expanding opportunities for future cooperation, the statement noted.

As previously reported, Beata Peksa is completing her mission as EU Ambassador to Turkmenistan.
