Today, the national mobile operator Altyn Asyr sent an SMS message to residents of Turkmenistan urging them to observe fire safety rules during the summer season.

In particular, the text message states:

«Hormatly raýatlar! Tomus paslynyň dowam edýän günlerinde elektrik we gaz enjamlary ulanylanda ýangyn howpsuzlyk düzgünlerini dogry berjaý etmelidigiňizi, öýleriňizden we iş ýerleriňizden gitmezden öň, olary öçürmelidigiňizi ýatladýarys! TIIM-niň ÝHG».

Translated into English:

"Dear citizens! We remind you to observe fire safety rules when using electrical and gas appliances during the summer season and to turn them off before leaving home or work! State Fire Safety Service."
