The admissions campaign for higher and secondary vocational educational institutions in Turkmenistan began today. According to the President's decree, it will last until August 24.

A specially created State Commission has begun work at the local level, tasked with providing organizational and methodological guidance for admission to universities and vocational schools across the country and ensuring that it is carried out in accordance with the established procedure.

Local authorities have created the necessary conditions for the proper functioning of admissions committees.

"The country's universities should admit talented, deserving representatives of the younger generation, and conduct entrance exams in an organized and fair manner, ensuring public oversight," President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted at the recent government meeting.
