Last week, 30 transactions were recorded at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan. The total value of contracts with foreign businesses exceeded 10 million 81 thousand USD. This was reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
As noted in the report, business representatives from Afghanistan and Uzbekistan have purchased liquefied gas produced at a plant belonging to the state-owned "Turkmennebit" group.
Dyed yarn products, cottonseed oil, cotton fibre, cotton yarn and fabric, raw silk, and cotton soapstock acids were sold to businesspeople from the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, Uzbekistan and Latvia.
Domestic entrepreneurs have purchased polypropylene (produced by the state-owned concern "Turkmennebit") for the domestic market, totalling more than 72 million 634 thousand manats, as well as garments, cottonseed oil, cotton yarn, raw silk and textile waste.
