The streaming service Belet has added the American comedy spoof "Scary Movie 6" (2026) to its library. This is the first film in the cult franchise in 13 years; the previous installment was released back in 2013.

The creators of the first two films—the Wayans brothers (Keenen Ivory, Marlon, and Shawn)—have returned to work on the sixth installment. The plot centers on Cindy, Brenda, Ray, and Shorty, who once again find themselves face-to-face with the masked killer they encountered twenty-six years ago. Starring Anna Faris, Regina Hall, Marlon Wayans, and Chris Elliott.

The film had its world premiere on June 5, 2026. Over its opening weekend, it grossed 55 million USD at the U.S. box office, setting a franchise record.
