The four semifinalists of the 2026 Turkmenistan Football Cup were determined following the quarter-final second-leg matches held in Ashgabat, Balkanabat, and Mary.

"Arkadag" delivered the most impressive performance in the quarterfinals. After routing "Merv" 7–0 in the first leg, the national champions repeated the feat in the away return leg, winning 5–0. Goals were scored by Begench Akmammedov (17th minute), Didar Durdyev (21), Dayanch Meredov (38), Bayram Atayev (56), and Diyarklych Urazov (62). The aggregate score of the tie was 12–0.

"Altyn Asyr" also faced no difficulties. After winning the first match against "Ashgabat" 6–1, the team prevailed in the return leg as well, winning 3–0. The goals were scored by Bahtiyar Gurgenov (10'), Veysgeldi Orazdurdyev (39'), and Murad Ovezmyradov (48'). The aggregate score was 9–1.

The clash between "Ahal" and "Nebitchi" proved to be a hard-fought affair. The runners-up won the first leg 4–2 and prevailed again in the return leg in Balkanabat, winning 5–2. Suleyman Mirzoyev (3', 11') and Magtymberdy Berenov (40', 69') each scored twice for the winners, while Yakupmuhammet Govshudov (58') added another goal. Seyitmammet Hojamammedov (48') and Hydyr Agoyliyev (89') found the net for "Nebitchi". The aggregate score was 9–4 in favor of "Ahal".

The contest between "Kopetdag" and "Shagadam" proved to be the most hard-fought. A narrow away victory (1–0) in the first leg allowed the "Ashgabat" side to hold firm in the home match, which ended in a 2–2 draw. Scoring for Kopetdag in the return leg were Emir Berdyev (22') and Musaguly Zordzhikov (77'), while Guvanch Valiev (43') and Resul Makhmydov (61') found the net for the visitors. "Kopetdag" advanced on aggregate, winning 3–2.

According to the online newspaper "Golden Age",  the semi-final matchups will be "Ahal" vs. "Kopetdag" and "Altyn Asyr" vs. "Arkadag". The first legs will be played at the home grounds of the teams listed first. The dates for the matches will be announced later.
