The head of Turkmenistan's migration service held meetings during his stay in Warsaw

Yesterday, within the framework of a working visit to Poland, the Head of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan, A. Sazakov, held two working meetings. This was reported on the website of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan.

During a working meeting with Polish Deputy Minister of the Interior Maciej Duszczyk, the parties discussed issues of further strengthening cooperation in the field of migration. Priority areas such as the digitalization of migration systems and the development of migration policy were discussed. Cooperation in migration management at the regional and global levels was also discussed.

During a meeting with the Head of the Office for Foreigners of the Republic of Poland, Tomasz Cytrynowicz, the parties noted the importance of coordinating priority areas of cooperation in the field of migration and exchanged views on key issues of managing safe, orderly, and legal migration. Issues of mutual exchange of experience on the widespread implementation of high-tech innovative methods in the migration system were also discussed.

As a reminder, on June 22 in Warsaw, the head of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan, A. Sazakov, and the head of the Polish Border Guard, Robert Bagan, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of migration.
