A methodological seminar was held at the Natural Gas Research Institute of Turkmenistan, attended by heads and senior personnel from HR departments of institutions and enterprises within the “Turkmengaz” state concern, as reported by ussatnews.com.

The seminar included a recognition ceremony for employees who distinguished themselves through high professionalism, conscientious work, and significant contributions to the development of the oil and gas industry. They were presented with certificates of honor from the “Turkmengaz” concern.

The seminar was organized to improve the work of human resources departments, effectively implement digital systems in office work, strengthen measures to protect workers' labor rights, ensure proper documentation, and develop a mentoring system.

The event also noted that human resources departments need to pay constant attention to issues of adaptation of young specialists, development of scientific activity of young scientists, their interaction with mentors, as well as the formation of a personnel reserve and identification of promising employees.
