The third International Film Festival "Eurasia-Kinofest" has opened in Sochi. The forum will run until June 19 and will be held at two venues in the resort: the Summer Theater in Frunze Park and the Grand hotel “Zhemchuzhina”.

Over 700 filmmakers from more than 40 countries, including Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, China, India, and several European countries, are participating in the festival.

The festival program focuses on promoting culture, historical truth, national heritage, and the image of the modern hero. Audiences will see over 100 films, including those in and out of competition, premieres, and retrospectives. The competition program includes 20 nominations.

The forum will also feature an International Film Bloggers Conference and the "Victory 9/45" film lab hosted by the Youth Association of Eurasian Cinematographers. Sochi residents and visitors can attend the film screenings free of charge by registering on the festival's official website.

The “Eurasia-Kinofest” has been held since 2024. The forum is organized by the ANO “Eurasia”.
