An exhibition organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Romania opened yesterday at the National Museum of the Romanian Peasantry in Bucharest, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The exhibition, entitled "Turkmenistan: 35 Years of Independence – A Celebration of Heritage and Culture," featured examples of national arts and crafts, carpets, traditional costumes and jewelry, photographs, and publications dedicated to the country's achievements.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps, government agencies, academic and cultural circles, the business community, Turkmen students and media representatives.

Participants noted the importance of Turkmenistan's policies aimed at preserving national cultural heritage, developing international humanitarian cooperation, and strengthening intercultural dialogue.
