At a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on Friday, Deputy Prime Minister B. Seyidova reported on the schedule of major social and cultural events planned for June.

As reported, various celebrations, song and music events, cultural events, exhibitions, sporting competitions, and competitions are planned for the coming month to mark International Children's Day, World Bicycle Day, World Nature Conservation Day, Science Day, Culture and Art Workers Day, and the poetry of Magtymguly Fragi.

In addition, the capital will host the Days of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Turkmenistan, as well as a number of international conferences, competitions, and exhibitions.

Along with this, the final rounds of the "Çalsana, bagşy!" competition are planned for the Daşoguz, Lebap, and Mary velayats, as well as the final round of the "Talyp joşguny – 2026" creative festival.

In the Balkan velayat, it is planned to organize a Week of Culture, song and music events to mark the Day of Cultural and Art Workers, as well as the poetry of Magtymguly Fragi.

A celebration marking the third anniversary of the city's opening is planned for June of this year at the Arkadag city square.

In this regard, the Deputy Prime Minister submitted a corresponding proposal to the head of state for consideration.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the need for proper preparation for these events, emphasizing the importance of ensuring a high level of celebration. The head of state issued corresponding instructions to the Deputy Prime Minister, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
