Turkmenistan's embassies abroad celebrated World Health Day with sporting events. For example, on April 3, chess, checkers, and table tennis competitions were held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Kyrgyzstan. Representatives of the Turkmen diaspora living in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as students from Turkmenistan studying at universities in Bishkek, participated.

On April 5, a football tournament organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Türkiye took place in Ankara. Members of the Arkadag football club fan club, as well as students studying in Türkiye, participated in the tournament. At the end of the event, participants received commemorative gifts on behalf of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Türkiye.

The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine organized and held "Health Week," which included a series of sports and fitness events aimed at promoting an active and healthy lifestyle among young people and compatriots abroad. The program of events included a mini-football tournament, a track and field race, as well as weightlifting and arm wrestling competitions, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
