The polypropylene production plant of the private enterprise "Eziz Ülkäm", located in the Ahal velayat, has been producing products on modern equipment since its commissioning on April 1, 2020, and is capable of producing up to 14 tons of thread per day.

The company's production line includes a Star Ex 1600es extruder with a capacity of up to 14 tons per day. The weaving section features an FX10 machine, producing fabric with widths ranging from 1700 to 2200 mm and densities ranging from 120 to 200 g/m², as well as an Alpha 6.0 machine with widths ranging from 400 to 850 mm and densities ranging from 45 to 100 g/m².

A Lamitec LX laminator is used for additional processing: double-sided lamination is performed on widths from 400 to 720 mm and densities from 15 to 40 g/m², while single-sided lamination is performed on widths from 850 to 1500 mm and similar densities. The sewing workshop produces various types of big bags.

The plant is also equipped with equipment for weaving and cutting slings, fabric cutting, and pressing, as well as Decop and Tenection ultrasonic cutting machines. Quality control is performed in a laboratory using equipment from the Japanese company Shimadzu.
