A cooperation agreement was signed in Ashgabat between the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education of the Russian Federation, V.N. Tatishev Astrakhan State University.

The document aims to deepen coordination in the field of science, the use of its innovative achievements in educational work, and the sustainable development of cultural ties, according to the website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

Within the framework of the agreement, the parties agreed to exchange educational and methodological documents to ensure the quality of educational programs, as well as to implement academic mobility.

The document provides for the conduct of fundamental and applied research in the field of science and education, the implementation of joint innovation projects, and active participation in international scientific conferences, symposiums, and exhibitions.

In addition, the parties reached important agreements on establishing an exchange of scientific publications and textbooks reflecting the achievements of the two higher education institutions, as well as on the joint development of distance learning programs.
