The railway checkpoint at the Serakhs railway station is planned for reconstruction. The country's Ministry of Railway Transport has announced an open tender for the work, according to the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.
To participate in the tender, applicants must contact the Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan at the following address: Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue, 162, office № 0925 (9th floor). Documents are accepted daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.
Applicants must submit an application indicating their full name, legal status, and details, as well as attach registration and statutory documents. They must also obtain lot specifications, technical requirements, and a package of tender documents.
Only residents of Turkmenistan who are members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan may participate in the tender.
Tender documents must be submitted in two separate packages: a technical proposal and a commercial proposal.
