President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent congratulations to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the people of the republic on the occasion of the Independence Day of Azerbaijan, TDH reports.
"We are convinced that the fraternal relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan, based on the principles of good neighborliness, friendship and mutual understanding, will continue to develop dynamically for the benefit of the bright future of our peoples," the message of the head of the Turkmen state says.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed sincere wishes for good health, happiness and success in state activities to Ilham Aliyev, and peace, well-being and prosperity to the fraternal people of Azerbaijan.
