On March 11, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Kyrgyz Republic N. Golliyev held a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic S. Bolotov, the Embassy of Turkmenistan reported to Turkmenportal.
During the talks, the parties considered the prospects for expanding bilateral trade and economic cooperation, paying particular attention to the upcoming visit of the Kyrgyz business delegation to Turkmenistan and issues of increasing cooperation between the countries.
The meeting participants emphasized their mutual interest in deepening the partnership and noted the significant potential for developing mutually beneficial relations. In this regard, issues of preparing new bilateral agreements aimed at further strengthening economic ties were discussed.
In addition, representatives of the two countries confirmed the need for high-level participation in events held in connection with the declaration of 2025 as the Year of Peace and Trust, as well as in other related events.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to maintain regular contacts on issues of bilateral cooperation and the implementation of previously reached agreements at the highest level.
