The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held consultations on consular issues between the foreign ministries of Turkmenistan and India at the level of heads of the relevant departments, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reported.
During the consultations, current issues of bilateral cooperation in the consular sphere, proposals for exchanging experience between the consular services of the two countries, as well as the implementation of joint projects and initiatives were discussed. The parties noted the importance of holding such consultations regularly to further intensify cooperation and study best practices.
Particular attention was paid to improving and updating the legal framework. Both parties confirmed their readiness to further strengthen partnership across the entire spectrum of issues.
