Canadian photographer Steven Heining and model Ciara Antoski have entered the Guinness Book of Records by holding the deepest underwater photo shoot in history. The unique shoot took place at a depth of 50 meters off the coast of Florida, near the sunken ship Hydro Atlantic, gazeta.ru reports with reference to UPI.
The achievement was preceded by a thorough, months-long preparation of the participants, including mastering techniques for working with gas mixtures and decompression. The safety of the record dive was ensured by American diving expert Wayne Fryman, whose experience and professionalism played a key role in the successful photo shoot. The choice of location near the sunken ship gave the photographs special artistic value and drama.
