“Milan” beat “Juventus” 2-1 in the semi-final match of the Italian Super Cup. The tournament is taking place in Saudi Arabia.
Christian Pulisic scored a penalty in the 71st minute for the winners, and “Juventus” defender Federico Gatti scored another goal in his own net (76th minute). Kenan Yildiz (21) scored for the Turin team.
“Milan” will now face “Inter” in the final, having previously beaten “Atalanta” 2-0. The title final will be played on January 6.
The Italian Super Cup is being held for the second time using a playoff system with the participation of four teams: the winner and vice-champion of Italy, as well as the winner and finalist of the national cup.
