Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko and Deputy Chairperson of the Security Council of Russia Dmitry Medvedev in their New Year's greetings to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence in further strengthening cooperation between the two countries in 2025, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

Mikhail Mishustin noted the successful development of Russian-Turkmen relations in 2024 and expressed hope for further expansion of trade, economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian cooperation. He wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov health, well-being and new successes, and the people of Turkmenistan - peace and prosperity.

Valentina Matviyenko wished the President of Turkmenistan a bright and joyful year, full of interesting plans and fulfilled hopes, as well as good health and well-being.

Dmitry Medvedev emphasized that relations between Russia and Turkmenistan continue to develop in the spirit of friendship and strategic partnership.
