From December 12 to 16, the Open Ashgabat Championship and the Turkmenistan Cup in Traditional Karate were held in the sports hall of the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports, a representative of the federation told Turkmenportal.
The event was organized jointly by the National Federation of Traditional Karate of Turkmenistan and the State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of the country.
The competition brought together the strongest athletes demonstrating high skill in traditional karate.
