The lawyer of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov M. Hojamberdiyeva, during the board meeting, reported that the Charter of the Foundation, the Regulations on the Council of Elders at the Foundation, the composition of the Board of the Foundation were revised and their projects were prepared.
The above documents were approved by the 1st decision of the Founder of the Fund dated April 15, 2023. With the expansion of the scope of the Foundation's activities, the volume of organizational work related to the implementation of the tasks defined in the Charter has increased. In this regard, the Charter includes staff positions that are appointed and dismissed by the President of the Foundation.
Among them are the positions of the Foundation's executive director for business management - vice-president, the Foundation's executive director for medical work - vice-president, the Foundation's executive director - vice-president for production issues, who manage the Foundation within their competence, and the 13th part of the Charter was set out in a new context.The composition of the Foundation's Management Board was revised in connection with new positions and a corresponding draft was prepared.
Members of the Council of Elders operating under the Foundation carry out work related to strengthening the independence of Turkmenistan and the unity of the people, developing national traditions, and educating the younger generation. In this regard, a separate chapter outlined the regulations on the Council of Elders at the Foundation, established by the President of the Charitable Foundation.
In the above-mentioned chapter, it was stated that the Council of Elders is an advisory group that promotes the organized implementation of the goals set in the Charter of the Foundation; the Council of Elders is headed by the President of the Foundation, who approves its composition and Regulations on it. M. Hojamberdiyeva reported that the draft Regulations on the Council of Elders had been prepared and presented it to Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for consideration.
After hearing the report, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on improving the activities of the Charitable Fund to provide assistance to children in need of care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the Regulations on the Council of Elders under the Fund.
Also, in accordance with the law, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the relevant documents, approving the Charter and composition of the Board of the Charitable Foundation. In accordance with the document, two positions of vice president have been created within the Board of the Charitable Foundation, one for medical activities, the other for the industrial sector, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
