At the regular meeting of the Government of Turkmenistan on November 22, Deputy Prime Minister B. Annamamedov reported on preparations in Ashgabat for the upcoming New Year holiday.
It is planned to decorate New Year trees in the cultural centers of the capital, recreation parks, places of cultural events, on avenues, and also to carry out work on the festive decoration of the main city of the country.
In this regard, relevant proposals were submitted to the President of Turkmenistan for consideration.
After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of creating favorable conditions for organizing cultural leisure for residents and guests of the capital, instructing the Deputy Prime Minister to carry out high-level work on preparing for the New Year and decorating New Year trees.
Having approved the submitted proposal, the head of Turkmenistan ordered to take appropriate measures in this direction, TDH reports.
