On October 25, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Malaysia organized an international cultural event dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi and the year 2024, held under the motto “The Fount of the Mind of Magtymguly Fragi”.
According to the embassy press service, the event was attended by the following guests: the Minister of Education of Malaysia, ambassadors and diplomats, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, scientists and cultural figures of Malaysia, as well as Turkmen students studying at local universities.
Wihtin the framework of the meeting, an exhibition was organized dedicated to the cultural values of Turkmenistan and the literary heritage of Magtymguly Fragi.
Turkmen students took an active part in the event, performing musical and dance numbers.
The guests were offered treats of Turkmen national cuisine, the source notes.
