On October 20, a National Workshop was held in Ashgabat, during which a certificate ceremony took place for the graduates of the third cohort of the C5+O.N.E. (Opening Networks through English) program.

The event gathered over 120 participants and guests from the Akhal, Balkan, and Mary velayats.

This event marked a significant milestone in the implementation of the program, which aims to enhance English language proficiency among specialists in various sectors.

85 participants successfully completed a 9-month training course, earning certificates that validate their achievements. Among them, 68 graduates presented 55 projects, which were evaluated by a panel of judges. As a result of the competition, 35 participants were selected to attend the Second International Conference "Shaping the Future: C5+O.N.E. Central Asia – USA," scheduled to take place from December 17-19 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Participation in the conference will provide opportunities for knowledge exchange among scholars, educators, and young professionals, fostering the development of new sustainable strategies for the region. In September, graduates from the first and second cohorts participated in the inaugural Regional Conference.

C5+O.N.E. is a unique initiative aimed at developing English language skills among entry and mid-level professionals across various fields in Central Asia. The program enables representatives from the public sector, civil society, and private companies in the energy and environmental sectors to improve their English communication skills, with a focus on practical spoken interaction.

The program not only underscores the importance of educational initiatives in the region but also fosters international connections and experience sharing in the fields of energy and environmental protection, continuing to make a significant contribution to the development of professional skills among specialists in Central Asia.
