Turkmen musicians and conductor performed in Ufa as part of combined orchestras

On September 17, a concert of the combined orchestras - the CIS Youth Symphony Orchestra and the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Bashkortostan - took place in Ufa, in which Turkmen musicians and the chief conductor of the State Symphony Orchestra of Turkmenistan Rasul Klychev performed brilliantly.

The concert took place in the State Concert Hall “Bashkortostan” within the framework of the project of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS countries.

The orchestras performed under the direction of five conductors from different CIS countries: Dmitry Kryukov (Russia), Rasul Klychev (Turkmenistan), Murtaza Bulbul (Azerbaijan), Konstantin Naumenko (Russia), Sergei Skripka (Russia).

The CIS Youth Symphony Orchestra was created in November 2007 and performed for the first time in Astana at a concert dedicated to the II Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia of the CIS Member States. Since 2019, the orchestra has been led by People's Artist of Russia, laureate of the “Stars of the Commonwealth” award Sergey Skripka.
